The Veterans Trust, United Way of Broward County’s Mission United and BBX Capital Foundation collaborated with renowned artist Dean Davis to initiate the Key to Service Project and reveal a functional art mural to support veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals. The event at Galleria Mall featured the future unveiling of the first public art mural at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, showcasing a 48’ x 8’ mixed media mural, with plans for more, which are expected to enhance public spaces. The Key to Service Project merges public art with modern technology, incorporating dynamic artwork and QR codes that connect to essential resources and support for first responders, medical professionals, U.S. military service members, veterans and their families.
