Sixty Vines, offering an innovative wine on-tap program and vineyard-inspired menu, is thrilled to reveal the launch of its inaugural Miami location at Miami World Center at 150 NE 8th St. The new restaurant welcomes guests to indulge in 60 unique wines on tap carefully selected from wine regions across the globe.
The new restaurant offers over 9,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with seating for 250 guests, aiming to transport visitors to wine country. It boasts multiple private event spaces ideal for hosting celebrations. With a ‘pinkies down’ approach to wine, Sixty Vines encourages guests to explore the perfect pour for their palate, providing wine options by the flight, half glass, glass, or bottle.
“We’re ready to share our vineyard-inspired vibes with Miami,” says Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “We’re on a mission to reimagine wine culture and our experience is designed to be approachable and fun, creating adventure in every visit.”
Sixty Vines has developed a unique and sustainable method for serving wine. Their kegs can hold 26 bottles and be reused approximately 1,500 times during their refillable lifetime. This eco-friendly tap system not only minimizes waste and helps preserve the planet, but also provides guests with an authentic ‘from the barrel’ tasting experience.
Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, Sixty Vines offers a menu featuring fresh, shared plates that pair perfectly with every glass. The inventive global menu celebrates seasonal flavors made with locally sourced ingredients. Signature items include custom charcuterie boards, fresh salads, sandwiches, and hand-tossed pizzas. Entree highlights include vibrant dishes like Atlantic Salmon, Pan Roasted Chicken, Double Cabernet Burger, and Wood-Grilled Bavette Steak. Dessert favorites include Sticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Afogato.
By partnering with many of the world’s top winemakers, Sixty Vines offers exclusive wines not commonly available by the glass. Despite its premium wine selection, Sixty Vines maintains a casual vibe, welcoming guests for everything from multi-course wine dinners to a quick glass of wine and a snack during a shopping break.
